We ran 6 mile foremaster loop. I honestly didnt think i could run it all with how i have been running lately but i felt so great during this run. We did a 12 minute tempo during this run and i didnt have a watch so i went alot longer than i was supposed to.
Did a workout today on the track that conisted of 60 seconds hard 4X with 3, 2, and 1 minute recoveries between. Harts warm and cool. I didn't feel to great but i had fun. It was good to kinda see where i am right now.
