Set the incline at 3% and moved it between that and 12% over the course of the hour-long run. Gotta do something--I've got a 50-miler at the end of March!

2 1/2 miles in my ankle started hurting. Tried to walk it off, but it wasn't happening. Very saddened. I hope I'm OK.
