6.04 miles / 1:01:21 / 10:10 A.P. / Lehi-Jordan River Parkway
My Hay was down for a lunch with the girls so we went running early. Good times. Both Chan and Hay are training for the Utah Valley Half and the Top of Utah Marathon.

You and your daughters were running at the Lehi JRP?!!! Dang! wish I was there!
That is so cool that your daughters are training for the UVM 1/2 and TOU Marathon! They can't find a better coach and inspiration than their dad! :). AWESOME!!!

Well, me and one of my daughters ran the Lehi JRP. Yeah--we're all pretty excited, but I think they're more anxious right now--and probably will be until it's over and done.

Tell Haylie and Chantell not to stress! Enjoy the journey and the training. The races will be icing on the cake. Do you all plan to run the races together?

Yes, I'm still running the Buffalo Run--the 25k rather than the 50k though.
I'd love to join you if I can. Tell me where and when.

I didn't know they have a 25K! Hmm, may be next year!!!
We are meeting at 8am on the 1500 north bridge, same place we've always met.
I think Scott is doing 20, Kelli is doing 15, her friend Wendy may come for 15, Karen is doing 12, I need 15-18. so there will be plenty of company. Hope you can make it! sure miss you this whole winter ! :)
