Quick run tonight--quick to appease my daughter.  I wanted at least 7 miles.

First run since the Buffalo Run--felt pretty good.

I need to work on my abdominal/core muscles--there's too much sloshing around going on with my guts.

Good luck with the ABS stuff, I HATE IT!!!

Way to be a nice dad for your daughter, too!

I ate doughnuts on my run today in your honor...it may not happen again I almost lost them 1.5 miles later going up a big hill and someone was cooking bacon...I hate that smell while I am running love it when I am not!

Good to see you getting back out there.

Kathie...I tried to eat doughnuts before a run once and it wasn't good. Never again. lol

Glad you got in a quick run and such a NICE dad!

Kelli: My abs hate me. We have a hate/hate relationship. I'm gonna try to turn that around. Maybe.

Kathie: Yeah, the donuts have to be consumed under the right conditions and at the right time.

Teena: I was doing something earlier today that I thought for sure would make you laugh, but now I can't remember what it was.

DoG: It's good to get back into a rhythm or a fairly consistent running schedule. Races always mess that up with the tapering and the recovering. I think I'm going to give up the races and just run. On second thought, nah! I'll keep racing. Well, 'running' races. And you got to take in the donuts later during your run like you would a gu--something to pick you up.

Kelli and Smooth: If I'm not a nice dad to my baby girl, I won't have anyone to take care of me when I'm old and feeble.

Good thinking, I should be nicer to my kids!!

I did 30 minutes of abs today, so mine will really hate me tomorrow. Honestly, I figure, what is the point?? You can not see them, so why work them?

From Smooth on Mon, Apr 05, 2010 at 17:50:28 from 174.23.251.49

That's what I say to my kids all the time. "Remember I changed your diapers, fed you, clothed you, I expect the same when I'm old and feeble!"

Hey, did you ever get your Garmin fixed? I'm trying to debate what to do with mine. There's probably not enough time to get it fixed before Boston. Guess I'll have to buy a new one, dang! 205? 305? or 405?

Get the 310----it is super cool!
