I really want to break a sub 60 minute 10K before the end of the year and since I couldn't drag myself out of bed early this morning, decided to do a hard workout on the treadmill in the afternoon. Warmup jog, followed by 4x1mile repeats with the pace between 9:45 and 10:00 mm. Quarter mile breaks in between to get my heart rate down to 110. Last repeat was a 1x2 mile that I finished in 19:45. Cooldown jog. That was a toughie!
