Ankle is a little twingy today, so decided to skip the long run. Workout 1: 15 minutes stairmaster, 15 minutes torso trainer, 45 minutes upper body strength training, 30 minutes arc trainer. I was really wiped out and slept for 90 minutes. After dinner I went to a different gym that was open until 10. Workout 2: 45 minutes lower body strength training, 60 minutes elliptical, 60 minutes stationary bike. I'm giving myself 10 miles of cross training for the 3 hours cardio.
