More treadmill miles. I read about Jeff Galloway's participation in an iPhone app call Ultimate 10K and started that this week. Of course, it is only 3 days a week and I need to move more than that. Today was quarter mile intervals at 7.0 mph on the treadmill with walking breaks. After that, I did a heavy leg workout. Lot less stressed now. Ready to get back to work. I'll admit that this two jobs bit is tiring - but has come in handy with having to buy tickets to go to Georgia next month with my son to say goodbye to my grandchildren.
