Apparently the mild calf raises I did yesterday caused my Achilles to flare up even more than it has been. I have to walk for about 10 minutes each time I start until it eases enough that I quit limping. Walked the dog for 2 miles this afternoon. We started the 100 pushup challenge at work on Monday and the 200 situp challenge on Tuesday. 3 days eating healthy under my belt.
