RHR 47 Very stressful day at work and I needed to destress afterwards. 30 minutes aerobic training on the Wii Fit. (Included 15 minutes running in place)
Took a break and vacuumed the house. 30 minutes strength training on the Wii Fit. Took another break to mop all the other floors and eat dinner. 1.7 miles running with the dog, then dropped her off and finished up for a total of 4.6 miles. Achilles loosened up after the initial run.
Stretching Came up with a good blog post (in my opinion) while running. Will post it after my bath when icing my ankle and knee.
