What a beautiful day outside. I walked the dog for a while and then ran 6.35 miles. I still feel like I lost a lot of conditioning in just 1 week - but it is slowly coming back. And I am still very happy that there was no pain in the IT band today. I will do 30 minutes of yoga and ice and massage the band next. Kept a nice easy pace.
