Went to bed at nine and couldn't wake up at 5 this morning, but did go into work early so I could run later. PM - half mile walk with the dog. Ran 1.3 miles to Gold's Gym Pickups - 4 x 30 sec. with 60 sec. rest (2 & 4 slight uphill) max speed - 6:07/6:03/5:41/6:17
Did a leg workout in the gym. 30 minutes on the stationary bike. Ran 1.3 miles home.
