Still successfully forcing myself out into the cold and dark. I think I will maintain the 6 miles a day for a while and make sure I get my endurance back to where I want it to be before the Goofy Challenge in January.

It sure has been hard to force ourselves out there this year, huh? Dang, it has been cold!
I am so jealous you get to do the Goofy challenge. SO FUN!
Have a GREAT day!

Yeah - its been a pain - especially because it is always dark out whenever I run. I've pretty well given up on trying to fix my treadmill (it only worked for one night last time I fixed it). I wish I could afford a new treadmill, but with alimony ending soon, I'm having to give up any extra expenses.
I'm looking forward to the Goofy challenge - I think the best part will be getting my daughter through her first half marathon. When my son did St. George with me - he was miles ahead, but Jenn is slower than me, so I can actually hang with her.
