Rode my bike to and from work and on errands (even found some killer uphills). - about 6 miles

Later, I walked a mile to the gym, did a hard leg workout on the weight machines, and walked a mile home from the gym.  At that point, I realized my keys to the townhouse were still back at the gym, so walked back to the gym to get them (grumbling all the way).  Luckily, someone was nice enough to give me a ride home at 10 p.m.

Way to go on the bike to work! Maybe you will have to hide a key in your garden!!!

I was thinking of seeing if my ultra running pal would keep a spare key for me.....

Sure, I can keep a key on me and come to your rescue! How is the knee doing? Do you think we can go all the way down the canyon?

It never hurts walking - so I can always switch to that.

Vitamin I will be my friend.
