Rest Day. Got set apart as a nursery leader. Entered all the previous mileage I had logged for the first half of the year before I joined the blog (missing a lot of treadmill runs). My clothes have been feeling tighter this week and I couldn't believe the scale said 150 when I got on it this morning! Threw out all the junk food in the house (except my Frango mints which I have not opened and are in hiding as a reward). Breakfast - banana, milk Lunch - ww wrap, ham, avocado
