Rest Day Reflections: - Why is it on Rest Days I want to go running, but on Running Days I sometimes don't? I'll admit it - I like tight bodies. I've lost 30 pounds in the last year and I love looking in the mirror at the gym and watching my leg muscles show in definition during a workout. I also like as I walk up stairs to put my hands on my upper leg muscles and feel them flex. I've worked hard to get in shape (and still have a ways to go) and am proud of it.
