Ready for Sherpa duties tomorrow.

Woke up today with a toe on my left foot really hurting.  It is one of the two toes that I had the bruising behind earlier this week. Go figure.  Ice and ibuprofen today.  Of course, in true runner fashion my mind started the paranoia of ....is it broken, arthritis, alien inhabitations?

Maurine, If I'm still in one piece tomorrow I will come back and keep you company in the last miles. Can you tape up that toe to help things? Sounds kinda ugly..

We can have a running party. Marion will feel so popular.

Iced and ibuprofened the toe and it seems to be okay now.

I was going to say alien inhabitations...but sounds kinda gross...so I won't. I'm glad you fend off the aliens with ice. One question, why do we need ten toes and all those toe nails anyway?

Have fun, Miles!!! and don't forget to SMILE!!! See you tomorrow!
