Rest Day - not even walking the puppy

Took an ice bath this morning - felt pretty good since I was drinking peppermint hot chocolate to keep warm :-)

Not too stiff. I felt it most when I would get up off the floor after playing with my nursery kiddies.

Working from home this afternoon so it doesn't feel as bad as working in my cubicle.

Glad you are taking a whole day off, me too!

I am finally feeling alittle better, ooooh that run yesterday was a wake up call.

I love the idea of running the Provo River with Marion Sat., but must see what you and GAry and Harold want to do.

OK- who is this Gary dude? Eligible bachelor?

YOU WANT TO RUN WITH ME :) We can meet at the park and David can dump us top before he has to be to work at 7am. Good times :) He can bring the Suburban so we all fit including bikes and beasts :)

He is doing the Ogden Marathon. We talked about running Sat. so we will see where we end up. I will suggest Provo! I love running from the falls to the lake!!!!!
