Managed to fit in 4.5 miles between work and my shift at the temple. Good workout there because we were so rushed and I ended up helping out in the laundry a lot.

Hi Maurine, Thanks for the nice welcoming message. We might be pretty close in our running speed, but I'd wager you can go faster longer! I am truely amazed at how fast most of the bloggers on this site are, and they all seem so extremely friendly and nice.
I do most of my running on a treadmill, but try to go for a long run outside once a week. I live in the avenues, and my outside runs are usually from my house towards the capital building or up city creek canyon a ways. In warmer weather I try to do trail running once a week - seems gentler on my cranky old legs than pavement!
Where do you usually run? Do you both live and work in Sandy? I'm glad you found time for a run today, your work schedule this week sounds like it was pretty hectic!
Anyway, thanks for writing. I hope we both have time to get in some nice runs next week. :) - Adele

Marion -
I am in survival mode right now. I am working way too many hours at work and am under a great deal of stress there. I am also very worried about my daughter and her family and that is adding to the stress. I can't find any motivation to do anything in my few free hours and am afraid if I did do any workouts that I would injure myself again. Plus the achilles has been a bit tender.
So - no posting because I don't want to whine.

Oh shoot! I am sorry that life is trying to kick your bum right now. What's wrong with Jennifer?
