How is the trail, can you go to the top? We are going to do the Crest Sat. from Gaurdman to Mill D, can you join us? We are going to meet at 6:30 at the mouth of BC. Let me know!

Trail is in great condition. Went the entire hot, stinking, uphill way. We need to do it together.

Yes - I am interested on Saturday. Need a chance to break in my Hokas!

Is the trail as steep as the road? I know that for me it is almost impossible to have an easy run up that canyon..

awesome! Can you meet us at the park n ride at the bottom of BCC at 6:30am? I want to see your Hokas! We need to start planning more runs together!! I think it will be just be me and you running and maybe one guy biking with Harold. I am so happy, it has been forever since we have done a run together.

Les - yes! What do you think the total mileage might be? I may kill myself doing Little Cottonwood again afterward.

Steve - yes! The first mile isn't too steep but after that there are several tough inclines. I think I only once ran it from bottom to top and that was a few years and 20 pounds ago. I like accomplishing it - makes me feel like I earned the downhill fun. Only once did I get totally creeped out because I was alone on the trail and the spirit told me to take the road back down. Usually there are a ton of people on that trail - so I followed that prompting.

YAY!!!!! It is 9ish to the road, you could run down the road if you want more miles. My step kids might join us,the ones you met at the 5k, I told them we are doing a trail run, we will see if they want to give it a try. I am doing it for sure. Glad you are coming!
