I'm going to blog my walking miles until I can get back to running. Walked 2 miles easy after work today with the dog. Foot felt pretty good in the brace, but I don't want to push it too much and re-injure the ankle. Started week 4 (but it is really week 5) of the 100 pushup challenge. Most of our co-workers have dropped out, but there are still a few of us die hards hanging in there. Tonight I am going to do more upper body and some Wii Fit workout.
