How your eye(s) feeling? You seem to be jumping back in well. You keeping up your healthy eating? I will be counting calories for sure today and planning carefully - we're eating out and I don't want to blow it.

Thanks, Michelle. I didn't do as good as I wanted to - probably not a good idea to start dieting while in pain. The eye is doing much better. It is pretty well healed, but they are leaving the contact lens in another week, so that is a bit uncomfortable.
I did buy tilapia, sweet potatoes, apples, bananas and clementines at Costco - so can eat healthier (I'm not mentioning the 4 cans of Stephens Hot Chocolate - oh crap - I just did :) )

Amazing you got out of Costco under $100, they may take your membership away.
