5 miles at 5:00 this morning in 58:30.  Did my route with 3 big uphills and then a long downhill.  I always enjoy the moment when each hill releases you from its grasp and things get easy again.  Walked Twilight for a mile afterwards and the concrete was making my feet tired.

You are getting in some consistent miles this week. Way to go.

Just a reminder. The Dirt Tours run is tomorrow at 7 p.m. in City Creek Canyon. Hope to see you there.

AWESOME hill run today. You had a great workout last night. How's the feet feeling now?

What is Yoga for Runners? Where can I get it? I only own one yoga DVD and it's getting old.

Matt - I am planning to come. I may not run the whole planned route because of my taper, but I will see.

Smooth - the feet are fine. I took an Epsom Salt bath last night (no idea if it helped or not) and ran in the FiveFingers again today and they were not tender at all.

I actually have a ton of podcasts I download from iTunes and watch on my computer. There is a great series called Yogamazing and Yoga for Runners is one of their weekly downloads. They have a new podcast every week and usually they are 20-30 minutes in length. They are free - check them out.

I just figured out I don't have to put in my username and password, I am a dork.

Have fun with the new running club. Check it out and see if there are any old folks there for me, okay?

Nice hill work! It's always the workout that I look forward the least too!! But you conquered it!

I agree- that moment when the hill is over, feels SO good! It almost makes hills worth it! ;D
