RHR 49 Had a hard time falling asleep last night because of the late run and woke up several times. Don't feel too rested this morning. Took the dog for a one mile walk and the hamstrings are a little tired. PM - took a nap to make up for last night's crappy sleep. Walked the dog another 2.5 miles this afternoon. Hamstrings feel fine now - the quads and left calf were a bit tired.
