RHR 47 Another restless night with lots of bizarre dreams. Wanted to do hills this afternoon. Lot harder to do and stay in heart range of 75-80%. Ran down to 8600 S, then up to 13th East, and up again to the top of the Quarry, then down to 7th East again. I tried to keep my heart rate down on the biggest hill, but it went up to about 143-145 no matter how slow I plodded. Took short strides on the downhills to keep stress off the tendon in the right knee. 12:16/13:43/11:36/11:15/11:26/12:16 (legs a bit heavy on the last mile)
