I drove downtown early this morning and met Marion at the Armstrong Mansion.  We did five easy miles in the Avenues and up City Creek Canyon.  Didn't wear my IT compression strap and not a twinge from my IT band.  I think "I'm Back". :) (happy dance).

Marion - did we decide a time on Saturday for the 18 miles?  6 a.m.?

PM - Ran 2.5 miles uphill to Gold's Gym.  One hour leg workout. Ran 2.5 miles downhill home.

FUN MORNING!!!!!

ARe you guys doing the PRP? We are doing a run with the guys on their mountain bikes up Corner Canyon. I think we are going to have bad weather, dang it. We may have to come up with a plan B.

I am doing the happy dance with you! Wish I could have joined you guys, too many kids at this house, though!

I think it is going to have to be 6 and you are going to have to push the pace to get you home on time. I am a lolly gagger and will "fart" around, if given the chance :)

THANKS so much for coming and running with me this morning. Almost all of my miles are alone, and it is SO much fun to have a good buddy to run with!

LESLIE- YOU ARE COMING SAT RIGHT??? :D

Where are you guys running Sat.? So far I have plans to run with the hubby so he can bike, but if it rains I am not sure what I will do.

Glad the birthday celebration was fun! Now back to the real world!

Aww, I was hoping you girls would come to Lehi. I have a church assignment at 10:30 am. I think Rachel is still planning on coming to Lehi at 7am. We are planning to run 14, may be 16 if I feel up to it.

Sounds like a good workout. I hope your injuries are behind you.

Thanks for being willing to volunteer for the Wasatch Relay.

Hopefully I will be able to meet you in the Ogden marathon
