Five miles around Wheeler Farm after work in 57:20. I wore my FiveFingers. If anyone has done those trails, they are not really packed dirt, but are gravel and twigs and such. After about 1.5 miles my feet kind of went numb so the rocks and gravel didn't hurt as much. Around 4.5 miles the numbness went away and I felt every dang rock.
20 minutes of Yoga for Runners. After dinner did a Circuit workout and a Core workout from the latest issue of Oxygen Magazine.
