Another 2.3 mile hike to work this morning. Shouldn't have brought the laptop home. That sucker gets heavy. Luckily, my co-worker is picking me up tomorrow so I don't have to walk in again.
PM - walked home from work again. Ran 5 miles to the gym and back and did 45 minutes hard weight training on the lower body. That tuna fish sandwich for dinner was delicious!
