AM: Easy 10 mile loop from Scott's house with Toni, Reed, Spencer, Dan, & Scott. PM: Ease 5 miles on treadmill; hamstring and upper body weights.
* I was asked today if I would be interested in being the Springville High School Boys' Head Cross Country and distance Track Coach (maybe some of you were as well). Although it sounds fun, there is no way I have time right now so I declined. If any of you are interested, let me know and I'll put you in contact with the guy who contacted me.
