* I was asked today if I would be interested in being the Springville High School Boys' Head Cross Country and distance Track Coach (maybe some of you were as well).  Although it sounds fun, there is no way I have time right now so I declined.  If any of you are interested, let me know and I'll put you in contact with the guy who contacted me.

Nice double Matt. It looks like we had the same day, 10 miles outside early and then five miles on a dreadmill!

It's an honor that they asked you to coach. But yeah that's a huge time commitment.

Hey guys - great run this past Saturday. For the upcoming week (12/15) we're going to meet at the 6200S park & ride in SLC (north end of the parking area) at 8am. We'll run north on Wasatch and do some variation of the zoo loop, depending on whether the Parley's trail has ice on it. Here's an appromixate map. http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/158582549 It can be modified for any distance you are looking for. Hope to see a lot of you there again.
