AM: 10.5 miles easy from my home with Reed, Mike, and Toni. Hamstring still tweaked but better than expected.
PM: Hip, hamstring, and upper body weights. Check this picture out. I'm not sure I've ever seen a distance running picture better than this. It's from the 2013 Dubai Marathon, where a record 5 runners broke 2:05. Unbelievable.
