HELOOOOoooooooooo!  Yes it is a GREAT day!  I just have to say that I am finally seeing numbers on the scale that I have not seen for a very long time!  Whoo HOOOooooo!

OK- goals for the week.  BE GOOD!  Run as usual.  There will be a 10% increase as the weight is dropping ;D  That was the deal.  10% increase for every 10 #'s down.  Yoga this week! I have been really bad with the yoga. :(  Not this week.  I will do 3 classes this week for sure.  I already know my treat for the week.  Homemade donuts on Friday.  It is our family tradition to have homemade donuts to hand out to our friends and family.  If you are around, feel free to stop by.  I am planning on 3 donuts.  One would be perfect, but NOT REALISTIC! ;D

Here are the Jawa's!  We are only one Jawa Blaster away from being done.  The blasters actually light up.  My hubby is a freak about this kind of stuff.  Good times!

Oh my goodness! You little boys are such studs! I love their costumes! good job! It's fun when the husband gets involved isn't it? Brandon came up with the idea for Melanie's costume and was all gunho about it! I love the ethusiasm!

Good job on the weight loss. I too lost weight and am seeing numbers on the scale I haven't seen in 8 years. It sure does feel good!

If you don't know how to play volleyball now, you'd better start taking lessons. You'll be looking like a beach babe in no time!

I can't see the Jawa pics. :(

Thanks Mike :) I do play Volleyball and MichelleL and I joke about being Keri Walsh and Misty May for Halloween.

Thanks CAmille about the boys. They are very cute. Boys are a bit busy and it was hard to get them in a row for a few pictures :D

Cute costumes, I am impressed. I could not sew to save my life.

And awesome job on the weight loss!!! I am so happy for you. That is great. And way to plan ahead for the working out and the donuts! I had 3 yesterday (or 2, i can not remember) and they were good---but i did not plan ahead for them!! Now we all know why you are a LEADER! This is such a hard time of year to lose weight, so WOW---you get double credit for that!

Marion your boys are so darling... great job on the costumes. And great job on the weight loss. I wish I could say that I was seeing the number fall, but sadly I'm not doing as well as you. You are my inspiration and weight loss hero.

thanks Ladies!

Kelli & Lori- You BOTH are already where I want to be! You guys are FAST runers and that is the ONLY reason I want to lose more weight.

Lori- in all seriousnes, since we are the same height, would you mind PM-ing me your weight? I know that is very nosey- but I am curious. It is very hard to find a fast runner who is my height. Sasha has suggested a weight for me that seems REALLY low (30#'s less than my current weight) I already know Kelli's- TWIG girl!!!! Mike- your weight does not count, unless you are really a 5'9.5" girl!

Congratulations on the weight loss. That is quite an accomplishment. Love the costumes. What are you going to be for Halloween?

From marion on Sun, Oct 26, 2008 at 19:00:51

I don't know what I will be for halloween. Probably a donut making FOOL!!! :D I am bad about dressing up. Maybe I'll be a FRB running team member! :)

Those are the cutiest little gun toting kids ever!!! Weigh to go on the weight! That was not a typo!! I had a good weekend and I AM going to have a perfect week and I am going to get my 7 pounds off by the Pink Floyd Concert and get a new outfit!!! Here's to a great week for all of us!!!!!

From marion on Mon, Oct 27, 2008 at 13:59:41

David even wired the guns with flash lights for them. He carved the handle and everything. I think he is more excited about their costumes than they are ;)

Walter- sorry about the donuts! :D

Le- you can do it!!!
