I took a day off yesterday, but even today my legs are still sore since the weekend. I didn't feel all that great on the run today, but put in my miles, and that's what counts. I warmed up for 15 min, and ran 2.4 mi in 20:04 (8:22 pace), then cooled down to home.
Total time: 53:02 (8:50 pace). |
