Short-Term Running Goals:
I really want to qualify for Boston. Thats my primary goal right now. I am thinking I am going to go for it in December in Vegas, so check back then.
Personal:
I am a 23 year old student at BYU. I'm studying Facility and Property Management. I am single-believe it or not. Just living the American Dream. I love sports. Running is my way of staying competitive.
Ran to Provo Track, ran a 6:58 mile, then ran home. Coming off hard workout yesterday. First time I have run a timed mile in years. 6:58 is good, but I can build on it
