I didn't want another EZ run today, but I need to save energy for the brutal Saturday workout so I compromised - 4 sets of 1 easy, .5 tempo plus (5:45 or so)

Gnarly workout around the Hobble Creek Half starting line (well up to it anyway, started at mile 3 of the race and went
