Didn't run yesterday because I had to go to Vegas. Today's was a EZ/nasty hill-canyon hybrid. I checked out the Spring Canyon burn area.

Nice route through Spanish Fork and back but it had a 1.5 mile stretch into a 25 MPH canyon wind and three nasty rollers at the end. Felt perfect, almost broke 1:30 for the half.
