Ran at the aquatic center during lunch. TM intervals. Max of 6.0 and 1%, Min of 5.0

Pouring rain outside made it feel nice to be inside on the TM. Spent my time alternating between watching ESPN and pondering on Romans 5:3-5.

I'll have to look up Romans 5:3-5.

Rain is way better than snow. Looks like a nice lunch time run.

We get a ton of rain here in the winter and occasionally some snow. I agree with you, I'll take the rain any day! You probably don't get much of either. Are you originally form AZ?

Nope, not much rain here in the desert. I just saw in the paper the other day that our year to date rain total is 2.75 inches. I was born in Arizona, but left when I was 3. I was raised in Houston were we got 2.75 inches of rain in a day sometimes.

I do love the desert though. The only thing that ever spoils the day is wind.
