Welcome to the blog! How did you find it?

From Lyman on Tue, Sep 25, 2007 at 18:27:27

I had heard of it from some of the runners I run with up City Creek Canyon in Salt Lake City. Many of the runners I run with know you or of you. I wanted to join a local online running community to keep me motivated. Thanks for your efforts in providing and maintaining this blog site.

Welcome to the blog, good luck on your goals, its a thrill, keep with it. You didn't mention where you are now in relation to your goals?

From Lyman on Tue, Sep 25, 2007 at 21:41:09

Thanks for the welcome. I not entirely sure where I'm at in relation to my goals right now. Long runs have not exceeded 16 miles (between 2:04 and 2:10) and its been a while since I've ran my last marathon (1-yr). To many distractions to really focus on training for the last year however maintained 40+ weekly.

Lyman, it sounds like you have a very good base to work from. May the wind always be at your back.

Have you raced recently? If not, it would be a good idea to run some distance 5 K or longer on a certified course in the next few weeks.
