Sweet long run.  First hour was a little slow going, trying to warmup.  My shins were sore for whatever reason and I just felt stiff.  It took an hour to work that out and then I just felt better and better the further I went.  My last mile was at a 7:13 pace.  Plenty in the tank at the end of the run.

Total time: 2:04:33

Av. pace: 8:18
