Be on the traveling team at Dixie State College.

Become in the best shape I can be.


Long-Term Running Goals:

Finish a Marathon and a Triathlon

Run for the rest of my life so I can be in good health

Finish an Iron Man triathlon

Personal:

I took 6th at state for wrestling at 112lbs in 2008.

I took 5th at state for wrestling at 125lbs in 2009.

3 Time Region Champion 2008-2010

 First started running for wrestling but soon found out that its a lot of fun running with the PVHS XC team.

I also have a twin sister named lacy and have an older sister named jenny and older brother named mike.

I Love riding road and mountain bikes and watch the Tour de France every stage every year.

I just started running XC at Dixie State College and I am loving it!!

I beat my mile time by 7 seconds i think. It hurt way bad. This year of track has been way worth it and am glad i did it.  I hope this helps a lot during cross country.

how many miles do you run a week? before track started i was running 50 a week and im trying to work back up to it.

um... i think somewhere in the mid thirtys on average but we do a lot of good hard speed workouts. 50 a week is way good
