This week was torture!!!
Monday I did a long run and fely good 7.4 m
Tuesday Did a hill workout and was oxgen deprived the workout was 800m down hill 1000m down, 1000m up, 800m, 800m down. and I survived.
Wednesday I ran with Ryan Raff the man the legend on a trail in springville or something and I died the last mile I was hurting so bad I'd walked. 7 miles goal was 8.
Thursday Happy Thanksgiving, finally got recovery, I ran with my brother at 7'40 pace. It was very nice like a banana with whip cream on it.
Friday did a workout with the BOIs (RYAN RAFF, BRECKEN, MICHEAL, GAVIN) and anna... 2,2,4,6,6,4,2,2 track workout 2=200m**
Saturday Ran with Brecken and anna this trail was super hilly and I died mildly but not has hard as Wednesday. Fun coming back on that trail.
