I did 2 miles for warmup and then stetches then I raced the second heat for the 2 mile. I was the slowest time for my heat and the goal was sub 11 and try to be consisted. I crushed it with 1:22 or close every lap 2-6 and I finished in the middle and beat a Person from Skyridge, but then I celebrated with bleach bottoms UP! also cooldown boiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.
