Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

12 miles this afternoon. Did 3 miles at Staheli Farms looking at a course and then extended 4.5 miles out along Warner Valley and then back. Slightly cooler temps made it bearable in the afternoon. Auto pilot. 7:36/mile.

Spent last night in Mt. Carmel Junction and then watched the Region 18 Championship supporting Beaver High School. Lots of fun. 

Ran late at night along the River Trail into Bloomington and back. 7:28/mile.

Met with up Dave at Staheli Farms and ran around for a little over 6.25 miles to check out a course for the Border Wars race. Lots of potential here for this course. I ran another 3 miles a little quicker in 6:36/mile finishing off with one more mile to make it just over 10.25 miles for the morning.

14 miles with Kevin out around Little Black Mountain. Perfect temps and ideal conditions. Fun to show him around out there. 7:30/mile.
