| | 3 miles in the morning with the team after weights. Got rained on a little bit.
9.5 miles with the boys out on the trails. A little humid at first but the cloud cover made for an enjoyable run. Great cloudy weather for the rest of the week?

| | 3 easy miles with the team over to the Bridge.
8.5 miles with the boys today. We did a 3.5 mile warm up and then a 20 minute tempo run while finishing off with 4x200m finishes. It was a great run for them. We hit right at 3.5 miles for 5:42/mile for the tempo section. The goal was to work on running as a group today. They were chomping at the bit to go faster.

| | 9.5 miles with Steve, Bill, and Clyde. Missed Brother Holt again. Cooler temps but the humidity was killing me. My shorts didn't have a dry spot on them.
3 more easy miles with the team over to the Spectrum.
4.5 miles this afternoon with some of the girls. Nice and easy on the trails. 6x100m barefoot strides to finish off practice.

| | 3 easy miles this morning with the team over to Hidden Valley Park.
8 miles total this afternoon with the team. Dallin's dad brought over hay bales for the team to practice running over them for the weekend. We ran at BHNP today. It was super humid on the grass and it was pretty long. 2 mile warm up, 2x2 mile, 2 mile cool down. Solid workout from the team today. Really enjoyed seeing them have a great day even though it was pretty hot.

| | Woke up nice and early, 4am, to do a run with Dave. We stayed at the same hotel so that was convenient. We headed up towards Provo Canyon and just kept it nice and relaxed. We both couldn't believe how muggy and humid it was. Unbelievable! We planned on doing a controlled 9 mile tempo back to the hotel. I know I was running on tired legs. 6:03, 6:00, 5:44, 5:41, 6:08 (up the big hill on University Parkway), 5:58, 5:37, 5:45. Decent way to end the week. Legs were not happy with me after wards but I was happy to get a solid run in to end the week.
