| | Took the TEAM up to run Navajo Lake. Perfect temps and beautiful single track running. I can't believe how high the lake is. On the way back we had a bunch of Tour de France bike riders on the trail so we had to hop off quite a bit for the last two miles. Didn't mind the bikers but got tired of the comments, "Why are you runnning?, Where is your bike?, You all look tired?" Please just say, "You are awesome. Have a great day!" Simple. 10 miles total. I rolled my ankle pretty good so we will see how it feels later.
Iced and Ibuprofen for my ankle all day and then went out for 3 more miles in the evening to see how it was feeling. Not bad. Will be a little sore tomorrow.
Camp is next week.
