| | 4 miles this morning between our Vo2 max test. The best showing ever for the entire group this morning. Some of the small changes we are making as a TEAM is really starting to show.

| | 10 miles this morning on the Hurricane Rim Trail. Great cloud cover made for an enjoyable run. Showed the TEAM what a bloody nipple looks like. Got to love the memories!

| | 5.5 miles total this morning. Did mile repeats with the girls and they looked very relaxed and comfortable with some quick times. Very excited.
5 more miles in the heat. Came upon a giant blow snake which made me pee my pants a little but it ended up being dead on the side of the road. I barely survived.

| | Met up with the TEAM and looped Little Black Mtn. This was the end of arguably one of the best weeks ever in Desert Hills XC history. I am super impressed with this group of boys and girls this year. They understand the TEAM concept probably better than any group to come through the program.
13 miles with the boys and pushed the last 2-3 miles in. Solid run from them.
