| | I couldn't sleep so I went running at midnight. The temps were nice but it was nice to get out and have the body moving. I am done with soccer so I will be able to be more consistent. We will see how things go. I ran 12 miles around Ivins and then over into Santa Clara. Lots of fun running really late. Not a ton of traffic to deal with. |

| | I did the same run as yesterday. It felt nice running in a new pair of shoes. Need to stay consistent and get out of this little running funk I am in. The temps were really nice today. |

| | Too much going on with graduation and finishing up a bunch of paperwork for the last day of school. I did spend more time with Norah and Katey which was a plus. | Add Comment |

Slept in this morning for the first day of summer and decided to go and hit the Barrel Roll trail over by Jacob Hamblin. Absolutely beautiful day and I couldn't ask for better running conditions. It was nice. I think I might be converted to trail running. Club run tonight which hasn't happened in a long while. Hopefully everyone welcomes me back. 6 miles during the club run. It was hot! Nice to be around everyone again.

| | Went and ran/trudged along the first part of the marathon course with Clyde and Dave. I knew I needed to get this run in but it made me realize I am out of shape. I warmed up with them and then basically watched them run away into the wild blue yonder. I kept everything sub-6:30 until Veyo and then my legs started to tighten up. I made it to mile 11 and decided to let the meat wagon pick me up. I will pay for this later. |

| | I am up north visiting family and my allergies were really bad last night and I didn't sleep very well. I woke up and decided to try and loosen up the old nasal passages. It didn't work. I could barely breath and decided to cut it short and survive. I made it to 60 miles for the week so it is a start. Need to stay consistent. |
