| | Long day at work even though not much was going on. It feels like the last couple of days of school are tough on everyone. Had our cross country meeting tonight which was a lot of fun. Excited to take a little bit of a break and then get going with this group. Excited to see what they can do.
Came home and slept a bit and then decided to go out around 9:30pm. Ran into Santa Clara and back. Warmer temps tonight. No watch.

| | Ran this afternoon from the high school over to Tonaquint Intermediate School. It was really hot and windy today. I am glad I survived. Just tried to keep the pace honest. 6:52/mile. Happy with the effort considering I was getting blown all over the road. Went home and watched PBS stories on snakes. Norah and Oliver loved it. I hate snakes. Who are these kids?

| | 6 easy miles this morning over into Santa Clara. Warmer temps but a great run. Nice and relaxed. Slightly tired from yesterday's ordeal in the heat.
6 more miles out along the Arizona Strip. Toasty! Graduation went well.

| | Same run as yesterday morning. Nothing too exciting.
Katey picked me up from work today because we had to fix stuff on the van. She dropped me off at Don Pedro's on Dixie Dr. and I ran home from there. A touch warm still this afternoon. Glad to be done after this one. |

| | Since school is out, the kids wanted to stay at my parent's house and swim for a while. I ended up running from my parent's house and catching on to our new tempo loop. Glad Sullivan Park is on the way because I needed the fluids. Decided to do an up tempo run and finished 6:27/mile. Good solid loop. Slightly overcast made the run bearable today. Got rained on just a little bit. Felt great. Hopped in my parent's pool after wards which made it all worth it. |

| | Same start as yesterday but did the old tempo loop instead. 7:06/mile. Kept it easier today. Solid week of running. Ready to get rolling again with some workouts next week. Hope it goes well. |
