Track workout with Steve this morning at the high school. We did a 3 mile warm up and then did 4x1000m with 200m recovery jog on the track. I haven't done this workout for a while so I was curious how it would turn out. I was just shooting for 3:10 on each one. 3:12, 3:08, 3:10, and 3:10 is how it all went down. I felt good but know I can do these (and will) a little faster. Steve did a great job pushing through the workout as well. We then did a 4 mile cool down to help the legs out. I ran with the girls today for just over 4 miles. Kept it nice and easy. Legs are still a touch tight. I need to go see April this weekend if at all possible.
