Took the team out to Little Black Mtn. to do a 10 mile loop. Goal was for everyone to rock it out and rock it out they did. I started with the boys for the first 5 miles and then ran back towards the girls and finished with them. It was overcast and perfect running weather. Good way to end the week with the kids and excited to start the meets next week. My body was tired all week so I needed the slight break from bigger workouts. Plus, my left knee has been bugging a bit. The old gray mare he ain't what he used to be. I will get going again next week.
