Slept in a little today and then hit the roads in snowy Logan.  It has been raining non stop for the last two days but it turned into snow last night.  The new snow made it icy and a slick to run the roads.  I went from the in-laws up along 1600 East and then made it almost to Paul's house.  The temps were not bad but the people spraying me with slush made the run enjoyable.  I could see across the valley which was really pretty.  I averaged just around 7:10/mile.  Not bad considering I haven't run in snow for a long time.

Now to enjoy the rest of the day with Katey while celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary.  Yikes!  I am getting old.

Yeah, that road doesn't have much shoulder. Do you want to try to get together on Wednesday? I can run any time that day.

5 years - How has she made it long with you and all that back hair?

The club may get together for a swim down the river tomorrow - you want to fly down for that?!

The St. George half course is 80% under water. I'm guessing some of the trail will be ruined.
