Planned lighter week helped with the run today. 15.5 miles total at 6:14/mile overall. I ran down the second half of the marathon course. I wanted a little push but nothing crazy. Last 10 miles of the run went as follows:
6:01, 6:02, 5:56, 5:44, 5:56, 5:54, 5:54, 5:51, 5:54, 5:56
That is all I needed for today. I felt controlled and relaxed. A perfect way to end the week.
